These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 666ad ("the Platform," "666ad," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the 666ad website at 666ad.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 666ad platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between you and 666ad.

To open an account and use the 666ad platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that 666ad has determined access is restricted.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 666ad or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion order in effect, whether applied by 666ad or by another gaming operator to which 666ad is required to give effect.

666ad reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Where verification cannot be completed to 666ad's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 666ad at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 666ad will close all but one account (at its sole discretion) and may forfeit any bonuses or winnings accrued across the duplicate accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Notify 666ad support immediately if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring your account is not accessed by any other person, including family members or friends.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 666ad support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. 666ad will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

666ad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the 666ad cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 666ad account within 5–30 minutes depending on the payment method used.
• 666ad does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 666ad bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a method confirmed as belonging to the account holder through KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening.
• 666ad reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers risk management protocols.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings can be processed.
• 666ad reserves the right to void withdrawals and close accounts where deposits are found to be fraudulent, charged back, or sourced from unauthorised payment instruments.

666ad offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the 666ad platform. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 666ad promotions include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• One bonus per household: Only one player per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method may claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically without notice.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, placing a single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the promotion terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Good faith: 666ad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting, abusing, or colluding to exploit a promotional offer.

All bets and wagers placed on the 666ad platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Insufficient funds: Bets will only be accepted where your account has sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake amount. 666ad does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
• Finality of results: The result of any game or sporting event as determined by 666ad's system (drawing on certified RNG outputs for casino games and official data feeds for sportsbook events) is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.
• Manifest errors: Where a bet is placed or a casino game result is displayed due to a manifest error — including incorrect odds, system malfunction, or data feed failure — 666ad reserves the right to void the bet or result and refund the relevant stake. Winnings accumulated on the basis of a manifest error will not be paid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and market. 666ad reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sportsbook settlement: Sporting bets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket). In the event a result is later revised by the governing body, 666ad will endeavour to re-settle affected bets accordingly, but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Connection or data delays may affect the acceptance of live bets; 666ad is not liable for bets not accepted due to technical latency outside its direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666ad platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or funding the gambling activity of, another person, including minors.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid deposit transaction via your payment provider after the funds have been used on the Platform.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any such bugs must be reported to 666ad support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting fraud in connection with bets placed on 666ad.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 666ad staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures, account restrictions, or geographic access controls implemented by 666ad.

666ad is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a source of financial stress or harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible through your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 666ad account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666ad platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 666ad.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used in the operation of the Platform.
• Use 666ad's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 666ad intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 666ad.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666ad, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 666ad platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services;
• Loss of data, account funds, or winnings due to technical failures, system errors, or circumstances beyond 666ad's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where statutory consumer protections apply, they are not affected by this clause.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 666ad makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

Termination by the Player: You may close your 666ad account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, net of pending wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard KYC checks.

Termination by 666ad: 666ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• A legally binding instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy described below.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 months of continuous inactivity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal). 666ad will notify you at the email address registered to your account 30 days before any dormant account fee or closure process begins.

666ad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 666ad will notify registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Continued use of the 666ad platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 666ad recommends checking this page each time you log in to your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666ad holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 666ad platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 666ad's support team to attempt an informal resolution. 666ad will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours and a full response within 15 business days.
